We like digital cameras at Crave. We like them a lot. It takes all the effort away of developing a photographic memory and having to remember thousands upon thousands of images. What's more, with pixel counts and lens qualities continuing to grow faster than cress in a junior school classroom, the joy of digital imaging is fast becoming more pleasurable than sneezing three times in a row.
Panasonic's new Lumix DMC-TZ3 is a compact superzoom 7.2-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom and picture quality so good, each snap is a digital sneeze. The elegant silver styling of the camera's body is refined and classy, and the massive 76mm (3-inch) colour LCD screen on the back is as large as some handheld televisions . It looks fabulous.
For £250 it's also a steal. My Chemical Romance-loving MySpace users will love how this camera looks in their shameless mirror-shot profile pics -- and they'll be able to afford it out of their supermarket wages. The outrageous 10x zoom means it's even easier to take that photo of the emo kid crying in the corner of the club because his girlfriend found a guy with a better side parting and a tighter Panic At The Disco T-shirt.
